It’s one of those lazy Sundays here in Waco—humid, cloudy, and raining on and off. We’re just chillin’, watching a little golf before NASCAR kicks off. I’m catching up on some articles and wax melt listings while Santiago’s manning the grill. He’s got steaks and baked taters going, and I’m in charge of the side—broccoli and cheese.

To top off our low-key day, I decided to whip up a dessert that’s as simple as it is delicious—Peach Dump Cake. I love a good peach cobbler, but I’ll admit it—I’m no pro when it comes to making the crust. Cooking is definitely more my speed, but baking? Not so much. That’s why this Peach Dump Cake is my go-to. It’s fool-proof, takes just 5 minutes to prep, and the best part—virtually no cleanup!
